It seems as though Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have soft-launched their rumoured relationship at one of the biggest stages in American sports, stepping out together at the Super Bowl LX and instantly becoming one of the night’s most talked-about pop culture moments.

It all started as speculation after they were seen together in Paris on a low-key romantic date, and now the pair’s joint appearance at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Sunday, February 8, has taken over the headlines.

A video of the rumoured couple in conversation and sharing laughs inside a VIP suite has been circulating on social media.

The SKIMS founder was seen in her usual headline-grabbing style, wearing a black faux fur coat paired with layered diamond jewellery, oversized shades and a slick Y2K-inspired updo.

Hamilton, on the other hand, kept his look relaxed but polished in a black athletic zip-up and diamond studs as they watched the game unfold among a sea of celebrities.

Their Super Bowl appearance came shortly after reports surfaced claiming the two had been spending more time together.

The rumoured romance first picked up momentum when they were linked to a romantic countryside getaway at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, followed by a trip to Paris, where they were seen arriving at the same hotel during Fashion Week after reportedly flying in together from the UK.

Despite the recent dating talk, Kardashian and Hamilton’s connection reportedly dates back more than a decade. They were first spotted together at the 2014 GQ “Men of the Year” Awards, later crossing paths again at the WSJ “Magazine Innovator” Awards in 2021 and at Pharrell Williams’ Louis Vuitton menswear debut in 2023.

Their long-standing friendship has now taken centre stage as fans get into every public appearance for clues about the exact nature of their relationship.

If there’s one thing for certain about the mother of four, she moves right along when it comes to relationships.

Since filing for divorce from Kanye West in 2021, Kardashian has been linked to comedian Pete Davidson and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., whom she split from in April 2024. Hamilton has also had his fair share of headline-making relationships over the years, including links to Rihanna, Rita Ora and Sofia Richie.

According to “Cosmopolitan”, an insider revealed that Hamilton “has a very calm spirit and he has been there for Kim through her complex co-parenting situation with Kanye," but that he “isn’t looking to be a stepdad, not looking to be the ‘it’ couple with Kim. Their schedules are so demanding right now, so this setup works for them.”

In a previous interview with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, during the “Khloe In Wonderland” podcast, the 45-year-old entrepreneur revealed that she has been single and focusing on being a mother, as well as her studies.

“I just feel like my kids need me. It’s really hard when I have to put them to bed every night. I get them up. I take them to school. I get them ready. They sleep in my bed. I haven’t had time, and I’m okay with that.

"I thought, ‘You know what? I’m going to be studying. I won’t have time. When I’m done, I’ll open myself up',” she said.

The biggest night in American sports drew a sea of celebrities, stars such as Travis Scott, Cardi B, Jay-Z and his daughters Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter were among those spotted at Levi’s Stadium.

Bad Bunny also killed his performance alongside Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin as this year’s Super Bowl LX halftime show headliner, and still, much of the online conversation circled back to Kardashian and Hamilton, whose joint appearance had tongues wagging.
