South African music producer Dlala Thukzin (real name Thuthuka Wandile Zindlovu) is feeling grateful after celebrating a major milestone - his new home.
The Durban-born artist recently took to TikTok to share a special moment as he welcomed abo-mama bomthandazo (women of prayer) into his house to bless the space.
The emotional video captured a meaningful day filled with prayer, gratitude and joy.
“Nothing but gratitude for the prayers over my new space. Thank you 🙏🏽,” he wrote.
In the video, the group is seen praying and speaking blessings over the home, marking a spiritual and heartfelt start to this new chapter in his life.
Social media users quickly flooded the comments with congratulatory messages for the producer.
@lady_lindoh said: “Well done Thukzin mfethu 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽.”
Another user, @u_anelem, added: “What a beautiful house, congratulations 🎈🎉🎊.”
@amandangubane390 wrote: “Congratulations and well done and making such a beautiful decision ☺️☺️☺️Dlala 🔥🔥🔥❤️.”
While @maphewa_strano commented: “Oh, this is beautiful, mfanah🙏. May god continue to bless you.”
Dlala Thukzin, who was born and raised in Lamontville, south of Durban, continues to maintain strong ties to KwaZulu-Natal despite expanding his footprint.
After previously living on the Bluff, the producer also secured a property in Johannesburg last year.
However, he clarified that the move does not signal a full relocation.
“I don’t stay in Johannesburg, I’m still in KZN. I bought a house to use when I’m in Johannesburg because booking hotels can be wasteful. I just want to be able to have a place to use in Johannesburg when booking and recording.”
The purchase reflects both practicality and growth, as the artist balances his roots in Durban with increasing work commitments in South Africa’s economic hub.
With his career continuing to rise, this new home marks yet another milestone - one grounded in gratitude, faith and forward planning.
