American reality TV star Khloé Kardashian fired back at her ex-husband Lamar Odom after the remarks he recently made about her following the release of his documentary “Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom”.

On the latest episode of "Khloé In Wonder Land", she reflected on his comments, saying that she was asked to be in the documentary, adding that she did not even want to participate in it and was considering it for months before she agreed.

“Number one, I was asked by Lamar or Lamar’s team if I could do the documentary. I was contemplating because I’m like, ‘I don’t know if I wanna do that'.

“I said, 'I want to make sure this is a positive piece. I don't really want to go down this road if it's negative. He's been through enough',” she said.

She added that Netflix reached out to her again, saying that the documentary won’t be complete if she does not appear in it.

Kardashian further shared that it upset her to hear what Odom was saying about her and discrediting how she played a big part in his recovery journey.

“I think what's pissing me off is, we did this, all good. I was done with this. I'm like, I'm never going to do another Lamar thing again, 'cause I'm all good'.

“But now Lamar is doing press [and saying he's] annoyed with me. Claiming or insinuating that I'm a liar, all these things, discrediting me, saying that I wasn't the one that helped him," she said, referring to what he said on the “Today” show on April 6.

During his interview on the show, Odom downplayed Kardashian's efforts of saving his life while he was hospitalised after his near-fatal overdose in 2015.

The former NBA player said that God helped save his life, making it seem like Kardashian’s efforts or involvement in his recovery were not helpful, since the host on the show asked if he felt like his ex-wife truly saved his life.

On her podcast, Kardashian reflected on his comments, adding that she feels "dumb" for even agreeing to be in the documentary.

“I feel so dumb, I spent hours and time doing this documentary as a favour. I’m not paid one penny,” Kardashian said, admitting that she's “pissed that I'm even involved.”
