Another tough moment for the Mseleku family played out on screen when the latest episode of “Uthando Nes’thembu” saw Musa Mseleku visibly emotional after his eldest daughter, Sne Mseleku, revealed that she is pregnant with her fourth child.

The moment comes after weeks of tension around Sne’s pregnancy. In a previous episode, MaCele, Musa’s first wife and Sne’s guardian, questioned her directly after noticing changes in her body.

Sne later took a pregnancy test that confirmed she was three months pregnant, leaving MaCele shocked.

“She’s taking us ten steps backwards. A lot is about to happen because Sne and her dad currently have a good relationship. Finding out about this is going to hurt him,” she said.

That moment finally came during last night’s episode of “Uthando Nes’thembu” when Sne broke the news to her father while they took a stroll to the beach.

“Do you remember when mom made me take a pregnancy test? It came back positive,” she said.

Musa, clearly caught off guard, struggled to process what he had just heard. “That makes it how many kids now,” he asked.

Sne then confirmed that this would be her fourth child, including the one she previously lost. The reality of the situation set in, with Musa becoming emotional and breaking down in tears.

“I’m so disappointed in Sne. She’s done exactly what I said, that I shouldn’t love her because as soon as I show her some love…” he said, referencing his earlier concerns about their relationship dynamic.

The situation became even more difficult when Sne explained how the pregnancy happened. She revealed that she conceived while in Johannesburg filming “Izingane ZeS’thembu”, and that the child is with a different man.

When asked whether the father of the child would be involved, Sne said no.

“He wants me to live with the baby and raise it,” she explained.

This raised further concerns for Musa, who realised that the responsibility would likely fall back on the family.

“You’re not trying anything because you don’t understand me when I tell you to stop having children out of wedlock. That means you’re still going to have another baby, and another one,” he said, visibly emotional.

The moment set them back from what had been a healing relationship between father and daughter.

Viewers have watched their bond grow over time, especially after Sne previously shared that they had worked through past issues.

“I never used to respect my father. But now people will witness our relationship on the new season of our reality show. We are fine now, we bond and do everything together. And now I realise that all in all, he is right,” she said in a past interview.
