Marise Pollard is fully in her soft mom era.

Marking baby Isabella’s six-month milestone, the 31-year-old mom shared a heartfelt reflection on Instagram dedicated to her little girl, who has brought a new sense of peace and purpose into their lives.

“Half a year of you, babygirl. You showed up in the chaos and just fit in as if you were always part of us. You changed our rhythm in the most beautiful way. Our days are fuller, louder and softer all at the same time.

“You came and changed everything. My weather has come to change. You are the kindest, softest little girl and it is the greatest privilege to be able to be your mommy, dearest Bells,” she captioned her post.

Marise also posted adorable pictures of her and baby Isabella that will melt your heart away as they capture the beauty and chaos of motherhood all at the same time.

Marise and her Springboks flyhalf husband, Handré, exchanged vows in 2017. Over the years, their lives have been shaped by Handre’s career, which included frequent international relocations and building a sense of home and stability for their family.

In the midst of their busy lives, they welcomed their first child, Hunter in 2024, who was born before the Springboks 2024 season.

Back in October 2025, they welcomed their second-born, Isabella.

Just a few weeks after giving birth to Isabella, Marise took to Instagram and candidly revealed how the newborn bubble changed drastically since she also has a toddler.

“How is this my life? Feels like I’m dreaming. The ‘newborn bubble’ this second time around feels more like a hurricane with a toddler in the mix. It’s messy, loud, exhausting… but also the most beautiful chaos I’ve ever known,” she wrote.

Motherhood, she explained, is a profoundly transformative experience. It humbles you, fills you, and empties you all at once, yet somehow your capacity for love continues to expand.

While her husband navigates his rugby career, Marise has been embracing life as a mom and wife. She always shares lifestyle content on social media which includes sharing glimpses of their family life, motherhood and just simple everyday updates.
