American anti-apartheid activist Amy Elizabeth Biehl stabbed to death in Guguletu

The world's tallest tree, Hyperion, towers over even famous landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and Big Ben. Measuring an impressive 115.55 m (379.1 ft), this giant sequoia in California's Redwood National Park, is as tall as a 35-story building. Hyperion is estimated to be between 700 and 800 years old and contains 530 m³ (18 600 cu ft) of wood.
