This is where a serial rapist should be, but for bungling.

A man who’s been the most wanted serial rapist got X users buzzing after police failed to apprehend him for his crimes 10 years ago
@RebaMokgoko SAPS is really failing us, this man has 10 rape cases and has been arrested before, yet he is still roaming the streets!? Why did they release him!? #MostWanted.
@Mzambiya152850 Did you know for example, if a man hits a woman and she’s literally bleeding out, when she opens a case, he can also open a case (while not even having a scratch) and BOTH of them must be put in cells specifically because they’re in a relationship so classified as GBV.
@NjabuloJabu_ People with low IQ will always blame the SAPS. SAPS arrests a suspect, the justice department is the one that releases the suspect even when there’s valid proof. STOP blaming SAPS.
@MelziPeters I am wondering how many he has r*ped? How many more chose not to report him?
@Sipho_TMB It’s not SAPS, it’s the NPA.
@DeepKunene Courts release suspct ask the DoJ.
@BonoTshivhidzo Probably because of ‘lack of evidence’ #MostWanted@molepo_neriaJustice system not SAPS.
@ThusoetsileG Courts are the decision makers on who gets to stay in jail and who doesn’t.
@Mzambiya152850 It’s not SAPS shem. It’s the law in general – our law is failing us.
@Mzambiya152850 Hence I don’t just put the blame on ANC, I put it on every single party in parliament. Every single person. It’s actually quite pathetic that they can argue over small shit, but totally disregard important stuff like ehailing laws, dudula situation, surnames etc etc.
@Pawula292308 When did SAPS start releasing people from their custody? Your concern is misdirected
