A NEW South African publishing application called Fishbowl which is a student and travel orientated tablet magazine has went live this morning.

The application is written for students and is the first of it's kind in the world, not only because of it's unique content and the wholesome approach to their market, but because it is digital publishing in the truest sense of the word. It is published by Automated Publishing Service(APS)

Fishbowl is available for free in the iTunes, Amazon and Android app stores. The app inspires young writers to get out there and start living life.

“The app is about inspiring and what better way to inspire that by giving one lucky first edition reader a kick start into their travel and writing career by offering an exclusive King Tutankhamun tour of Egypt, and the opportunity to become a regular contributor as a travel writer for Fishbowl,” said Andrew Parrington.

“Gone are the days of calling a PDF flipper and 'app'. Fishbowl gives the reader a fully interactive experience while consuming the stories, information, entertainment and and what makes it all the more appealing, is it is from a fully South African team,” he said

Fishbowl will be published quarterly reflecting the seasons and every issue will

focus one both local (SA) and foreign travel destinations.
