Durban — Developers, businesses and investors arrived in premium rides for an exclusive Oasis Sibaya property launch at the Sibaya Entertainment and Casino Kingdom, Durban on Thursday.

Amongst the developers and investors, were prominent Durban businessman and philanthropist Vivian Reddy, his wife former Miss India South Africa and actress Sorisha Naidoo and Oasis Sibaya director Brian Mpono.

Hosted by Pam Golding Properties and the Oasis Sibaya Development Team, 80 invited guests were in attendance of the private networking event to get a glimpse of the upcoming development that will be launched to the public on Saturday.

To mark the exclusive occasion, guests arrived in luxurious rides and chauffeured in Mercedes-Benz GLC 300d Coupe; V300d Exclusive; and EQA 250.

The event was not only a networking opportunity, but also an opportunity to indulge in the facilities of Sibaya, as they provided an assorted choice of breakfast options - showcasing fine dining. They were also indulged with drinks during the reception.

An addition to the proceedings, was the involvement of the Mangwanani Spa - the spa on the Sibaya precinct. Throughout the day, the spa provided attendees with free massages ranging from head and neck, hand massages and foot treatments.

The main proceeding was led by Pam Golding Area Principle Carol Reynolds who sold the development’s attractions, features and investor appeal to prospective buyers.

Reynolds said that the new development is situated in great proximity to other landmark areas in the city. This would enhance business opportunities and the potential to grow the number of investors in the city.

Following her 15-minute presentation, the proceedings allowed for investors and sellers to engage for potential deals. The proceedings concluded with a vote of thanks from the architect of the development, Ravi Jhupsee.
