DURBAN - Eldo Coaches has hired Dev Maharaj and Associates (DMA Inc) to assist all injured passengers and/or dependants of those who died, in claiming from the Road Accident Fund.
The company made the announcement on their Facebook page on Saturday.
This was after 10 people, including a baby, died in a crash last Tuesday on the N3 outside Estcourt.
It is believed that a front tyre burst had caused the driver to lose control of the bus causing it to overturn.
The coach had departed from Durban Station at approximately 6.45am on Tuesday and was travelling to Johannesburg.
In their statement on Saturday, Eldo Coaches said: "The DMA Inc has been set up a dedicated helpdesk to assist the injured passengers and bereaved families."
For assistance, those affected can call 011 706 2233.
There are also legal representatives on standby to assist with legal services.

The DMA Inc also has an office in Pietermaritzburg, and they would be able to assist too.
"Please note that there is no obligation to utilise the above services. All affected parties are welcome to utilise any legal support they wish to engage with," the statement read.

On Wednesday, Eldo Coaches said they were dedicated to assisting affected families as far as possible and ease their burden in any way they could.
The company said they had sent three teams of senior managers and personnel to the scene of the crash to assist passengers and their families, as well as to assist the local authorities that are investigating the accident.
