Two of South Africa’s hip hop heavy weights, Blxckie and Maglera Doe Boy, have receive a massive nod after they were nominated in the 19th annual 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, in the category of Best International Flow.
Blxckie, real name Sihle Sithole, and Maglera Doe Boy, whose real name is Tokelo Moyakhe, have since become household names in the Mzansi hip hop scene. Both rappers are known for their seamless flows and their commanding stage presence.
The “Kwenzekile” hitmaker is also best known for his fusion of R&B and hip hop, while Maglera Doe Boy came into the scene claiming his MVP spot which he continues to maintain.
Their fans are excited, congratulating the two on their nomination and rooting for their “fave” to win the 2024 BET hip hop award, but of course, only one of them can bring the award back home and it seems as though they are leaning more towards Maglera Doe Boy who has been making big moves this year with major brand deals.

The hip hop superstars are nominated alongside artists such as Odumodublvck from Nigeria, Stefflon Don from the United Kingdom and Budah from Brazil to name a few.
The 19th annual BET Hip Hop Awards will air on October 16, 2024 on the BET DStv, channel 129 at 3:00AM CAT (Central Africa Time).
