People who switched from a high-fat (41 percent of calories) to a low-fat (25 percent of calories) diet had significantly higher anger levels within a month, according to a British Journal Of Nutrition study.

Why this might be so is not clear, but it is known that our hormone levels and immune response depend on substances derived from fat.
