The Red Cross Society Western Cape (WC) celebrated a tremendous success with their annual fundraising High Tea and Auction on July 5th at the Vineyard Hotel.
The event featured a blend of top-tier performances, exquisite cuisine, and generous contributions, all in support of the Red Cross’s vital community services in the Western Cape.
Local TV celebrity Katlego Maboe hosted the event, captivating the audience with his charm and a breathtaking rendition of “Angels”, accompanied by world-class violinist Yinka Vitula. Additionally, Dr Steve Harris delivered a compelling speech that left the audience spellbound.
“We are so proud of this first-class event,” said Tracey Botha, Fundraising and PR Manager. “People really got their money’s worth, and it is all for a great cause. The event was made possible by incredible sponsors, with special mention to Harley Davidson, recognised as the most incredible sponsor, and the Thinking Company, which donated more than R300,000 worth of workshops.
