Life can become really hectic when you are the Springbok coach.
From Rudolf Straeuli’s infamous Kamp Staaldraad, to Jake White being flown back to Cape Town during a Euro tour to explain poor results, and Heyneke Meyer thundering into the walkie-talkie, we know that the Bok hot seat is on fire.
But it’s not only the bad times that have caught the eye. Who could forget Peter de Villiers hitting the desk a few times in Dunedin after Ricky Januarie scored THAT try against the All Blacks in 2008?

Well, new Bok boss Rassie Erasmus is no different.
The former Stormers coach seems to be getting more grey hair since taking over from Allister Coetzee, but it was all worth it when his team pulled off a sensational win over the All Blacks in Wellington three weeks ago.
They nearly toppled the world champions again at the weekend, but after leading 30-13, they went down 32-30 after a late try by Ardie Savea.
But there were some wonderful moments in an action-packed second half, and the one that got Rassie really going was the try by Damian de Allende.
Cheslin Kolbe fielded a weak clearance by New Zealand near their 22, and the ball made its way to captain Siya Kolisi, who bumped off Tim Perry and offloaded brilliantly in the tackle to De Allende, who hurtled over the line.
It was a superb piece of play, and it got Rassie out of his seat, and he did a few fist-pumps while screaming in delight.
