Miss South Africa 2023 first-runner-up, Bryoni Govender, is enjoying a European summer after representing Mzansi at the 15th edition of Miss Supranational in Poland.
To blow off some steam before returning to South Africa for the Miss SA pageant finale in August, Govender decided to tour Europe since it is currently winter in the southern hemisphere.
Her first stop was Graz, Australia, where she celebrated her 28th birthday exploring the city.
She ended her tour in Bled, Slovenia, where she enjoyed a peaceful boat cruise while enjoying the scenic views.
Govender couldn’t travel on her birthday last year as she was participating in the Miss SA competition, facing weekly challenges on “Crown Chasers” to secure her top 10 spot.
She did amazingly well, clinching second place and later representing Mzansi at two international pageants (Miss Universe and Miss Supranational).
In other travel news, South African vocalist Mawhoo, real name Thandeka Ngema, is on vacation with her sister Noxolo Ngema.
The pair are in Bali, Indonesia and are doing all the must-experience activities such as the jungle swing and the floating breakfast.
Noxolo expressed gratitude to her sister, and her followers complimented them for their holiday looks.
The “Ngilimele” hitmaker’s sister wrote: “Thank you for always being there for me, my sister 🥰♥️. I am grateful for your love and support @mawhoo_.”
