Durban - The family of murdered former principal Gona Pillay have to wait longer for judgment.
Acting judge Naresh Bhika began delivering his judgment in the Durban High Court on Thursday.
On Friday at noon, after delivering his summary of evidence, Acting Judge Bhika said he would deliver his final judgment on Tuesday.
Intern estate agent Basil Underhill, his cousin Braveman Underhill and Fredboy Msomi face counts of murder, attempted murder and robbery.
Pillay and her husband Loga came under attack at their Silverglen home in September 2017.
The couple had had their home on the property market and was attacked during a viewing.
Gona was strangled with cable ties and died at the scene while Loga was stabbed several times.
All three men have pleaded not guilty pointing the finger at one another.
