Durban - The 12 men accused of a spate of bomb attacks in an around Durban made a brief appearance in the Verulam Family court today.
The matter was adjourned to September 30 for further investigations.
The alleged kingpin Farhad Hoomer will be back in court on August 19 for arguments regarding his voice sample.
The State has requested that Hoomer made his voice samples available as part of the investigation.
In September last year 19 people were arrested and charged for terrorism, murder, attempted murder, extortion, kidnapping, contravention of the Explosives Act and arson.
Charges against seven of the accused where withdrawn.
All 12 were released from police custody. Some on bail and others on a warning.
Hoomer's bail was set at R200 000 while his co-accused Goolam Haffajee paid R100 000.
The remaining accused are: Abasi Juma, Abubakari Ali, Mohammed Akbar, Muhammed Adil Sobrun, Omar Iddy and Ndikumana Shabani Umande, Thabit Said Mwenda, Mohammed Seidth and Amani Mayan
